If you are a Chamberlands homeowner and would like to join CBMC complete the Membership Application via link to the right or contact the CBMC Board for information. The membership application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. New members pay a one time initiation fee of $5000 and annual dues, currently $ 950, each January.

 

Note for Real Estate Agents
Membership is not handled through escrow. Membership is voluntary after a new owner has completed purchase of a property in the Chamberlands subdivision and is handled through the Membership Application.
