FAQ
Communications
  • chevron_rightI'm not getting emails. How do i fix that?
There are a couple of things you can do to ensure you are getting communications:
    1. First make sure that your contact information is correct (under 'Your Profile' in the upper right corner).
    2. If your email address is correct, check your spam folder for emails.  Look for emails from one of these addresses:
    • snowplow@chamberlands.com
    • info@chamberlands.com
    • noreply@chamberlands.com
If you need further help, check out our email whitelisting instructions.
Member FAQ
  • chevron_rightHow do I get/reset my password?
When you are on the login page (https://www.chamberlands.com/login/), you will see a 'Forgot Password' link underneath the green 'Submit' button.
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link and you can setup/update your password.
  • chevron_rightIf I register for a login, how long until I can access member info?
Each log in needs to be approved by one of the site administrators.  Depending on the timing, it may take a couple of days.  One thing to note is that there is only one primary account per address.   All other logins will roll up under the primary account holder.  As such, it is very important that you answer the Primary Member question accurately.
  • chevron_rightHow do I recommend a local business?
If you had a positive experience with a local business, we encourage you to share that with other CBMC members.
Your first step would be to check to see if that business is already listed here:   https://www.chamberlands.com/faq/

If you see the business already listed, please add your experience to that business.

If you do not see the business listed, please add that business to the business directory.  it may take a few days to get the business approved.  Please check back regularly to confirm your recommendation has been approved.

    CBMC
is the Chamberlands Beach and Mountain Club founded in 1959 and is limited to property owners west of Highway 89.  All homeowners in Chamberlands are eligible to join CBMC.  Membership includes private beach access, seasonal shuttle buses to the beach, snow plow service, social events and other community events plus funding of some community improvements like this website!  There are annual dues to support CBMC.

    CLHOA
is the Chambers Landing Home Owners Association and is limited to property owners of the 43 condominiums lakeside and below in Hy 89 and includes buoy access.

    CLRA
is the Chambers Landing Recreation Association.  Membership in CLRA provides access to the pool and tennis courts but not the private beach.  There are approximately 188 homes in Chamberlands that have deeded membership in CLRA and pay annual dues of $1200.  Membership in CLRA transfers with the sale of the home.  There is the ability to buy-in to CLRA if you home does not include membership and you should contact Hansen Management Association if interested in joining.  There is currently no buoy access through CLRA.

    Pier Association
is a partnership created many years ago to manage the pier, bar and restaurant.  Money was raised by the original Pier Association shareholders to care for the assets.  Today it is primarily a shell organization as a perpetual license is granted to CLRA to manage the assets.  Pier Association shares are deeded to some homes in Chamberlands.
